To grant Centipede Digital access to your Google My Business account, follow these step-by-step instructions:
Log in to your Google My Business account. If you don't have one, create one by visiting the Google My Business website and following the instructions.
- Click on the "Users" tab in the left-hand menu.
- Click on the blue "Invite new users" button.
- In the pop-up window, enter the email address of the Centipede Digital manager (email@example.com).
Select the role "Owner" for Centipede Digital. There are three different roles available: "Owner," "Manager," and "Communications Manager." Setting Centipede Digital as an Owner will not impact your ownership of the listing.
Click on the "Invite" button to send the invitation to Centipede Digital.
Once the invitation has been sent, the Centipede Digital representative will receive an email notification. They must click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to accept the invitation.
Once the invitation has been accepted, Centipede Digital will have access to your Google My Business account and can begin managing your listing.
