1. Visit the Support Portal

Go to https://support.centipededigital.com


2. Sign In or Register

  • If you’ve submitted a ticket before, click “Login” at the top right and enter your email and password.

  • If you're new to the portal, click “Sign Up” to create an account using your work email.
    (Note: You may have received an automatic activation link if you’ve emailed us before.)


3. Submit a New Ticket

  • Click the “New Support Ticket” button at the top of the page.

  • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible. Be sure to:

    • Use your work email (especially if your organization has an SLA with us)

    • Include a clear subject and detailed description of your request

    • Attach any relevant files, images, or documents


4. Track Your Requests

  • After submitting, you'll receive an email confirmation with your ticket ID.

  • You can log in to the portal anytime to check the status of your request or reply to the thread.

    • All updates from our team will also be sent to your email.

    • Always reply to the original ticket thread to keep your request organized.


⏱ Response Time & SLAs

  • We respond to tickets in the order received.

  • The average first response time is 1–3 business days.

  • If your company has a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Centipede Digital®, response times may vary. If you’re unsure of your SLA terms, contact your account manager.
