Need creative assets, campaign support, or design work? Submit your Creative Brief directly through our portal to get started quickly and efficiently.
✅ Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Visit the Support Portal
Go to https://support.centipededigital.com
2. Sign In to Your Account
Click “Login” in the top-right corner of the screen.
Enter your work email and password.
If you’re new or haven’t activated your account, click “Sign Up” or use the activation link sent to your email.
3. Select “New Support Ticket” from the Menu
Once logged in, click the “New Support Ticket” option from the main menu or homepage.
In the dropdown, select "Creative Brief"
4. Complete the Brief Form
Fill out each section with as much detail as possible, including:
Project Name
What type of project is this?
Deadline or Target Launch Date
Budget Range
What are the primary goals of this project?
Who is your target audience?
What does success look like for this project?
Are there existing assets you'd like us to use?
Are there competitors we should be aware of?
Provide any additional details.
5. Submit Your Brief
Once all information is completed, click “Submit”.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your ticket ID tied to your Creative Brief submission.
? What Happens Next?
A member of our Creative or Project Management team will review your request and respond within two business days.
They’ll reach out via the ticket thread if additional details are needed.
Please reply within the same thread to avoid delays or duplicated efforts.

Creative projects follow our internal production schedule.
If your company has a Service Level Agreement (SLA), submit using your work email so it’s applied correctly.
